Drama has been a part of the proceedings in the trial of Florida Lotto murder suspect DeeDee Moore.  She is accused of killing lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare in February 2010. During her trial, Moore has repeatedly made faces and gestures, which have led to several admonishments by the judge.

Sean P. Keefe – James Hoyer Associate

Channel 10 News in Tampa turned to James Hoyer Associate and former prosecutor Sean Keefe for some insight into what those antics could mean for Moore in the long run.

Keefe says, “If a client of mine has been accused of orchestrating an elaborate murder plot for pecuniary gain that involved going to great lengths to trick law enforcement and to mislead investigators, that the last thing in the world you want is for the jurors to think that you’re trying to trick them or that you’re trying to con them now.”
